Shipping and Returns

Clear expectations for delivery, damaged shipments, customized goods, eligible returns, and refunds.

Processing and delivery

Processing time depends on product availability, decoration method, artwork approval, quantity, and destination. An estimate may be provided before purchase or after order review. Delivery dates are estimates until the carrier accepts the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated delivery attempt may be charged when permitted.

Inspecting an order

Please inspect packages promptly after delivery. Report visible shipping damage, missing items, production defects, or a difference from the approved order within 10 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs so we can investigate quickly.

Customized goods

Personalized, decorated, made-to-order, and customer-approved goods are generally final sale because they cannot be resold. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact us so we can determine an appropriate replacement, correction, credit, or refund.

Noncustom returns

Unused, noncustom merchandise may be eligible for return when requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed defect, original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control when the credit appears after Stripe processes it. Partial refunds may be used when only part of an order is affected.

Lost or delayed shipments

Contact us when tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located. We will help review carrier information and available claim options. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.
