Can I order a single item, or only in bulk?

Whenever a product can be ordered as a single piece, the shop says so right on the product page. Larger quantities are always welcome for gifts, teams, and events, but you're never required to buy in bulk.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Timing varies by item, so we confirm the current estimate by email after checkout and add tracking to your account as soon as it's available. Personalized orders take a little longer because you approve the details before custom work begins.

What is your return policy?

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, email us as soon as possible and we'll review it with you. Personalized items generally can't be returned after you approve them unless they're defective or made incorrectly.

How do I get help with an order?

Email us for order help, product questions, or anything that needs a human answer — and use the custom-order request form for names, logos, gifts, or larger quantities, since it captures the most useful details up front.

Is checkout secure, and are taxes included?

Checkout runs through a secure, encrypted payment process, and any applicable taxes and shipping are calculated and shown there before you pay. The price on each product page is the item price; your final total appears at checkout.
